Inlet/Outlet Question..

Inlet/Outlet Question..
I put a Thrush Tube muffler on my RS and didn't notice until after it was on for awhile that the inlet and outlet are reversed...Do you think that it will cause a problem?
I can't just flip it around because I have two different size Inter'& Tail Pipes..
