i have an 85 trans am and i got a 86 -92 hooker catback system stupid me but i dont feel like sending it back and the only thing defferent is where it connects to the cat mine now is a flat 4 bolt and the hooker is a beveled 2 bolt so i was just going to buy an 86 converter for it but i was wondering if it would mount up right with out any modifications to the pipe that comes from my exhaust manafold to the front of the converter.

 

So you have a 4 bolt cat? Why didn't you ask me before, you could have saved $60 , as the $200 Hooker cat-back is the one you need.
