The only hoses I got with my install kit was the AIR hoses. My only guess is that its used where the AIR tube connects to the cats on your car.

Are you talking about the red fiberglass heat resistant tubing that's about 4 to 5 inches long? If so, it's there for you to put you O2 sensor wire through. The kit should have come with an extension wire and this tubing.
Hope that helps.

Hey bud,
Craz-z28 was right. The red fiberglass tubes are heat shields for wires that will be in close proximity to the headers. The shields will prevent your wires from melting (or at least reduce the risk!). I put the same kit on my GTA with dual cats. I used one of the sleeves for the O2 sensor wire and one on the other side for the secondary fan switch wire.
The O2 sensor is a bit further back on the SLPs than stock. The stock O2 sensor wire will work but I had to route it a bit differently (i think along the block). It is not that big of a deal. If you get stuck, PM me and I can help out with pics, description, etc..
BTW - Did you get them coated? I would highly recommend getting them coated. You payed good money for them - take the extra step. You won't regret it.
