Does anyone make bolt on headers?
not concerned with A.I.R. tubes, just wanted to know if any manufacture makes headers that bolt onto the stock y-pipe for a 92 camaro with dual cats.

I'm most positive. Check w/ Summit Racing and Jegs. Just add the .com to either one of those names and it will take you to their websites. Your V8's are the most popular for headers so I would imagine so.
