I need help getting my Edelbock Header On

Im installing TES headers on my car, the driver side went on very easy, but ive been screwing with the passenger side now for hours and gotten nothing done. Can someone give me some instruction

Well which driver side are you having trouble with.... driver driver side or the passenger drivers side. well which drivers side is it. LOL

Hmmmm, sounds like you have 2 driver's side headers. Seriously, if it's the pass. side, you might want to do a couple things before trying to install the header. Drill out the mounting flange bolt holes so that you have a little wiggle room. Tap out all of the header-bolt threads in the heads, especially the last one (or is it the second to last one?) on that side since the stock exhaust manifolds didn't use it and it's probably got some crud in it. This should help get the headers bolted up.

opps i ment to say the passenger side as in the one with the damn ac in the way, guess i should edit that out, also should i be putting the header in with the flange side going in first or with the the frontside first

i have heard...pass side goes in from top,
drivers side from bottom...or was it the other way around. well try doing the opposite of what you did for hte driver side. good luck
