I installed Hooker headers in my '87 IROC, but the same things apply. When you pull out your old manifolds, run a tap through all of the bolt holes to make it much easier to thread the new bolts in. For most headers, a bolt hole on the back of the right cylinder head is used that wasn't used with the stock manifolds. Might want to open up the bolt holes in the header flanges a little just in case they're not quite on center for each bolt hole. Take your time, don't forget where parts, brackets, and misc. bolts go back, and have fun. Oh, you'll probably need new spark plug wires with 90-degree boots so you don't fry your wires like I did.
