ok, i was flipping through my copy of the JC whitney catolog. and they have a cat-back for 82-97 camaro/firebird. its called a super turbo system. its $134.95. has anyone ever tryed it. if so, hows it sound. and hows the performance? they also have a high flow cat for $100. so any info on these products would be greatly appretiated.

No, I do not have personal experience with these products, but I am on a mission to not let anyone putr crap from JC Whitney on their thirdgen. I am sorry, but the fake ford truck parts that they sell make me laugh every time. I would just like to warn you that you will most likely get exactly what you pay for.

Well, I ordered that system. It fit perfect, and I did it by myself in a couple of hours. 3inch intermidiate pipe, dual out let 2 1/2. Nice system, all aluminuim. They call it the "super turbo cat back" because it's actually the dynomax cat back, with the super turbo muffler. It's on the quiet side, but it still has a nice rumble when you open it up. It was perfect for my budget also. Can't go wronge with 135 dollar cat back, good quality too. Don't listen to that other guy, he doesn't have the product, so he wouldn't know. Trust me you won't be sorry with the purchase. Hope this helps.
