Cold start heat stove on my headers?

i belive that i need to have this hooked up in order to pass emmisions. I have edelbrock tes headers, so how is the hose to the air cleaner supose to hook up? in the ad for them it says "COLD START HEAT STOVES ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE SYSTEM, NOT ADD-ONS"

I'm almost positive that the "heat stove" is not part of emissions....all it does is allow heat from the exhaust manifold to go back into the engine. On TBI engines there is a flap that closes when warmed up. As long as your headers have the AIR tubes connected and your smog pump and cat converter are in place then you should be good on the visual
