Smoke puff!
Hi everyone!
When I start up the engine a samll puff of smoke comes out from the right side of the engine compartment. Then it disappears. Any ideas?

lt is normal for our high-mileage engines to smoke on start up. lts caused by worn valve guide seals.
As far as it coming out the right side of your engine, that means you have an exhaust leak somewhere. l would get under the car and tighten the manifold flange to y-pipe nuts. Thats might help. lf it wont tighten any, then l'd move to the manifold to head bolts. lf that didnt work, l'd run by an exhaust shop and see if that can help locate it.
