Ok, so I live down here in North San Diego County, and I take my dad's 305 TPI '89 IROC-Z (5speed) down to get it smogged, and the guy runs the test etc... and passes the car (which is running like ****) and then we get it back to my dad's place and are installing a new fuel filter and take a look at the exhaust piping. Well right before the pipes go into the muffler-part (forgot what it's actually called) and there was a hole about 6 inches long. Now this smog guy has gotta be a moron to miss it, because the thing is HUGE, and there was no Carbon Monoxide or anything like that coming outta the tips, but he still passed the vehicle with flying colors, but the guy is a MORON

anywho, yea, thought I'm mention that if any ya'll need to get smogged and have smog problems.

 

Cool, I had thought about that once, cuttin a hole in the exhaust somewhere to let some gas escape, and then go back and fix it. LOL.
