How loud would a setup with Hooker Headers w/y-pipe, Dynomax high-flow cat, and a 3" Hooker cat-back be? I will also be running the LT4 HOT cam, if that's relevant at all. I want it to sound nice, but I don't want to draw too much attention to cops. What do you guys think? Would this be quieter than a 3" Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back? Thanks.

 

I had the same setup on my car when it was still injected and just mildly built, with no cat. It was not that loud but noticable. I am on my 4th exhast system on my car and have not been has happy as I was with the hooker since I had it.

as far as being quieter than the american thunder, if it is the 80 series muffler, yes. If it is the 30 series, no

 

Thats currently the set up I am running. I don't think its too terribly loud, I mean, it'd be nice if it was a little louder, but I definetly gets compliments on it a lot!
