Can't get my muffler off

i need help. i just bought an 80 series flowmaster, but i can't get my old muffler off. It's stuck on really good. Any suggestions??

Had the same porblem. My gas tank was leaking, all over the muffler and needed replaced. The problem was cured was a sawz-all.

Vote #2 for sawzall...my DeWalt cordless was just the trick. You could try spraying the joint with some penetrant like liquid wrench and let it sit overnight before trying again. WD-40 can sometimes work also. Good luck!
