I'll be fabbing up my own exaust(again. may try to go back to a single from 2.5" duals), but I don't know of anyplace that sells just the pipe and bends as you need them in that size. Anywhere?

Straight Tubing Information

While sold in 5 foot lengths, to reduce packing costs we ship straight tubing in half (or 30") lengths. If SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED to do otherwise, we will ship the tubing in 5 foot lengths but we may add on an extra $5.00 boxing charge if the request requires us to pack a separate box just for the tubing. Also - UPS charges extra to handle boxes over 60" in length, so there will be an additional shipping charge there as well.

Tubing can be ordered in any length under 60" but, except for 30" and 60" lengths, there is a Cutting Charge of $3.00 per cut plus the tubing length is priced at the next foot increment. In other words, a 42 inch length of tubing will cost the same as 4 feet of that tubing plus $3.00 for cutting it to length. Absolutely NO RETURNS on straight tubing cut to any length other than 30" and 60". Note that all tubing is MILD STEEL. We do NOT stock any STAINLESS STEEL TUBING at present nor do we plan on carrying any in the near future.

I called Mufflex first, because I had in mind to use thier 3.5" system with a Borla muffler and tips. They wouldn't sell their system without mufflers and tips. So I decided to do it myself(with a lot of help from my friends.)

One other caveat: if you don't plan on using the mild steel pipe right away, coat it with some grease or oil(Ed's pipe ships with a very light coat of oil) or seal it. It doesn't take long to develop mild surface rust(not real harmful, but not real pretty either).

uhh...an I readin that right? $55 for ONE bend? and $12 for each foot of a 5" piece?

CHRIST!! there has gotta be someplace cheaper...maybe an industrial truck supply place

I found a local place that will seel me a 4" bend and some pipe for about $60..I think I'll take it.
