I did this before, but it took finding the "right" person. It was a small exhaust shop in Los Angeles. He flanged my cat first. He then took a test pipe, and matched the flanges to be the same as my cat. He installed my cat with a slip on tube for the AIR injection, handed me the test pipe and told me to have a nice day. He said that as long as I was driving off his lot with a fully functional, installed cat, he didnt care.

That's what I was thinking. Probably best for me to have someone fabricate one so I can take my cats off and bolt them back on in the event that I need to pass emissions. Should be easier to find someone here in Tenn. to do that than in Calif. too. Thanks, man.
