does anyone make an aftermarket y-pipe for headers? i have summit shorty headers(yes, i know there cheap). i know hedman makes them, but can you buy them separate from the headers and will they fit with the summit headers?

 

i found the hedman y-pipe for $100. it says that it will only work with hedman headers...will it work with summit headers?

the piture of the hedman header looks exactly the sam as the summit header(driver's side) but i can't tell inch for inch.

i'm probably going to just have a shop make a y-pipe for about the same amount and just not guess at this.

 

I don't know of any aftermarket Y of one brand that will work with another brand.

 

i agree just get the shop to make one.

 

I am in the same boat, I need a y-pipe for my hooker shorties, but cannot seem to find one.
