I couldn't find the 16822, but I have the 16823 in my car with the same headers and no cat. It fits great and sounds even better.

Thats right the 22 is th eone you have to modify to fit right if you have the time and the means to modify it to fit save yourself 60 bucks. To save time and aggrivation buy the 23. Other than that they are the same. Mark knows what you need to modify to make it work.

There is a rectangular 4 bolt flange that hooks bolts to the HO engine's cat. Just cut it off and weld.

thats all...sounds good, does summit sell a flange and gasket to hook it up to, because im cutting out the cat, and that might be easier. also its a 3" intermediate pipe and 2 1/2" outlet right?

3'' all the way into the muffler, where the muffler pipes are 2.5'' into 3'' tips.

There is no kit, I'm aware of.
