What is the loudest best sounding muffler?

My buddy has a 89 bird with a 305, for some reason he wants the thing loud. he has talked about everything from corvette sidepipes to hanging one chamber flowmasters off the headers(i told him i dont think theres enough room, and it would be way to freakin' loud)Another friend of mine has a 92 RS with a 30, edelbrock tublular exhaust 3 inch all the way back and a 80 series flowmaster,(sounds really good)my question is, is there any muffler between a flowmaster 80 series and exhaust with no muffler? hooker areochamber? borla? has anyone heard the new RAVEN or SPINTECH mufflers? i friend told me he has heard the spintech and it sounded good. thanks for any help. hope to hear what everyone is running for exhaust.
