Want a set of headers...which ones should I go for?

Want a set of headers...which ones should I go for?

Alright guys....

I want a set of headers for my car...and I would like them to be ceramic coated.....but..I'm not sure which type to go with. My car is a 1991 Z28 5.7 L98.....has both cats removed....3 inch exhaust cut out with a McCord Power Plate II...3 inch cat back 80 series Flowmaster...with 3 1/2 tips....so....what would you go with??? any opinions/comments...ideas...would be appreciated......Thanks!

I'll save Mark the trouble and say.. Hooker.
I'll save the other 95% by saying... SLP.
I'll say for myself... practically any header is better than the OEM manifloids.
Pick the one (of limited many for our cars) that's w/in your budget and/or future plans.

i guess you could get ones made for just one cat then..
and since your not running cats anyway you wont need the air fittings on the headers right..

heres MY question... ready?

Does SLP sell those EXACT HEADERS, EXCEPT without the Emission crap attached? I would love a set, but have no need for emmisions crap. if they DO have non-emission ceramic coated SLP headers, are they cheaper? heh. Thanks!

They are coated without A.I.R. or so it says.

I am in the same situation and the slp headers look really nice but does any one know if they make or how i could get a pair with A.I.R. and ceramic coted but for 2 cats and in either the
1 5/8'' or 1 3/4'' ( I'd prefer the 1 3/4) Thanks for any help any one may be able to give.
