rusty cat bolts

rusty cat bolts

anyone have any suggestions on how to get them out. i want to get the cat of so i can get the Y pipe out. i have been spraying them down with penitrating (spelling) oil for about a week or two and they still won't turn. i don't have access to a torch so thats out of the question. please post any tips that you know or that have helped you in the past. thanks alot.

either with a breaker bar or an impact wrench. other then that u just gotta cut them off. i think my broke when i was trying to get them off. are u talking about the ones on the flange or a clamp that connects it to he y-pipe?

i'm talking about the flange one. i'll probably end up breaking them with a breaker bar, like you said. thanks
