Where can I find a cut out for a my third gen?

Summit sells ones in different diameters for under $30. It's just a short y-pipe that has studs welded into one end for a plate. It comes with two gaskets. MAKE SURE YOU PAINT IT! When I bought mine, I thought there was some sort of high temp paint on it, so I left it alone. 
Turns out it's primer, and it's rusting like a sonofabitch.

I don't think that the summit cut-out has a brand name. It's just a hunk of tubing that allows your car to **** off the neighbours. There's no rocket science involved. If you want something more exotic, or something like full dumps, you're going to have to get it custom-done. I doubt that anybody has special third-gen sidepipe kits. Random Tech. may be able to sell you a brand name cut-out, but at three times the price. If you just want something that won't be seen (think:"cops"), and bypasses the cat, find your diameter in the Summit catalog and spend $26.95.

I briefly had the one from JC Whitney for under $20. leaked horribly, sounded like a mid seventies cadillac with a couple of blown gaskets, took it off.

Depending on the size of your exhuast I would go w/ the Jeg's cut-outs that are like $50. This is the stainless steel kind and have to be brazed on. The cool thing is they come w/ a cable so all you have to do is pull on the cable from inside the car and you have open headers, which is cool going thru parking lots or an occasional street race.
