Exhaust sys help
I need some help. I found 2.8 header for my 83 firebird. there hedmans' #68430. But now i need some advise. I want to run true dual exhaust. i've
came up with like 5 different plans to make the system work but none of them seem to good. The best idea i cam up with was to have pipes from the
collectors run over to the passenger side of the car into a double CAT then one pipe on one side of the part of the floor pan where in comes down lower
then the rest and another pipe on the other side, into cherry bombs. Then over the axle and out the back it would look like a single exhaust comming
out on one side but it would still be ture duals. I may put 2 pacesetter tip on the end to mellow the sound. I don't know, what do you guys think. does
it sound good?

Why do you need/want true dual exhaust on a V6?
