Which catylitic converter do I need for this setup?

I'm getting headers, cat and cat back all at once, but I need to know which cat will work best and will be easiest to install. I'm getting Edelbrock TES headers P/N: edl-6872, and either Edelbrock Cat back: P/N: EDL-5672, or a flowmaster system. Summit lists a 3" slip fit in, 3" slip fit out converted P/N: cto-9007, but they also list a replacement converter for an 82-92 camaro that is 3" in and 3" male ball outlet with flange. Keep in mind I will be installing this then driving it up to the muffler shop to have it all welded. SO which would be easiest for me to install?

I think the universal ones are 14" (at least for 2.5" in/out), as opposed to like 18" I think for the stock cats, so I'd just leave the cat off and have the exhaust shop take care of it when you get there.
