I was just wondering if I could put a stock cat back exhaust from a fourth gen onto my third gen. If so, is it a direct bolt in, and if not what needs to be done.

 

ive been told it will work but you have to change your pipe that goes to the muffler from the cat

 

I did have to change the connection to the cat, and I also had to heat and bend the two brackets for the rubber hangers on the muffler. They pointed the wrong way for my 92 Firebird. If the price is right, it is very easy to make work.
