how much air can i get rid of and still stay emmisions legal

i notice alot of the cars on here have a lot of the air stuff removed and it looks alot cleaner in the engine bay.Hoe much of that crap can i remove but still stay emmisions legal

None. Its all connected. Take out one part and the rest has no purpose. That clutter is annoying, yeah..but its not that big of a deal.

If your in Vancouver like me you can't remove ****, if your outside of that with no AirCars, you can do it and be fine.

Not a big deal? Well maybe not if you can bend your arm in 30 diffrent places when trying to replace the spark plug. For me it's a very big deal.

Kind of off the subject here, but what does ttt mean? I have been trying to figure that one out.
