SLP header Catalyst Adapter Question...

I have a 350 iroc and I was curious, if I am going to buy a high flow cat, do I buy the 4 bolt or the slipfit catalyst?

If you are putting new headers, new cat and
a new exhaust pipe,then go with the slip fit.

Thanks, I was thinking about getting on that slp header gp, buying a new cat, and a hooker catback exhaust. Hopefully it will all sound really nice
