Side Exit???

Anyone ever put side exit exhaust on a third gen that goes through the GFX like those on the "stage 3 rousch racing edition mustang." I have a picture of the Stang but I dont know how to post it. If someone would like Ill email them the picture and they can post it so everyone can see what im talking about.
thanx

I don't know of anyone who has done that. There are a few who have it exit below the gfx, but not through. I think it would look real good if we could get some tips that were polished rectangles, and have them exit through the gfx. It would take some serious patience to mold the gfx to make them look right. Huh.....I've got a winter project now!!!

Im going with the NASCAR style exhaust with the single outlet on the right side. the right floorpan is less cluttered than the left and also can tee off the y-pipe before entering the cat. going to notch the gfx about 4" to 6" ahead of the rear edge behind the door, about 3/4" tall, so that the tip is about half into the gfx and half below. the tip will be about 1.5" x 8".

go here and see the photoshop job I did for it. http://www.geocities.com/the_saint849/index.html also, tell me what you think of the wheels, I need to repaint them and wanted soemthing different

Proportined wise, they look longer than 8". I do like it though, maybe just a little shorter.

It wouldn't burn the ground effects.

Texas, it might look cool if you painted them black. Also, maybe you should delete the tailpipes so it looks more real
