I suggest taking it to a machine shopw and have it fixed correctly. It will cost some extra $$ but will be well worth it, then just get all of the gaskets from SLP.

Also make sure to check all of the air tubes for small leaks on those things, I've hardly talked to a person yet that hasn't had that problem includig myself...

Previous owner had been cut air tubes away.I'm not sure if I put them back, because I run whitout cat,and it is quite easy remove airpump(v-belt).Have you any suggestions how rare are these headers?.

They are very rare and are about the best SBC headers ever made in terms of performance and quality. They ran about $1K new back in the late 80's and early 90's...

Is there been any problems with oxygen sensor, because it measures oxygen only from two primarytubes when other shorty type headers measures from collector(4 tubes). Also do you run with heated (3/4 wire)o2 sensor? Is there anythig special about sparkplug wire/sparkplugs (-85 305 tpi original iron heads)

Yes I run a 3-wire heated o2 sensor from a ZR1. Just make sure you use plug wires that will not touch the headers tubes and your fine...
