i already replaced the muffler and 2 tail pipes costs me some pretty cash, 60 bux for 2 tailpipes is bull. but i didnt see the hole in the pipe that runs the underside of the car, it makes the damn whistling sound, its so loud, u cant hear the engine anymore, whats a cheap way to fix it, without welding, or minimal work + money, im on a budget ladies!

 

are u sure it isn't ur fuel pump? mine wistles and its a super loud fuel pump, either that or a bad exhaust valve.

i really dont know what it is, my dad says its the hole running the underside of the car, he kinda knows his way around my car since he's fixed so much crap on it before it had proffessional work done on it. can i just use some bondo or something like that and slap some of it on that puppy, will it hold? should i use something else, the sound seems to be coming from the middle of the car which is where the hole is. i want the nice rumble even my basic v8 is known for, i want the car to haul *** and sound good doing it.
