About how long did it take to put on your headers? And what exactly is involved in doing it?? Just taking all the crap (A/C ect) out of the way then taking off the manifolds off the head and the y-pipe then just putting the headers in their place, then replacing all the crap that i took off?? Thanks

How long it takes depends on how much you have done to your engine and car overall. If it is completely aftermarket already, with no A/C or AIR system, then it could take you less than an hour. If you have a stock thirdgen, it could take you as long as 5 hours (Ive seen it take longer than that, but it was hardly the car's fault).
Basically, you must remove anything that impairs getting the headers in place. For a stock thirdgen, this means A/C lines, AIR tubes, the A/C evaporator, and possably the steering shaft. Also, getting the old Y-pipe off of the car can be a challenge in its own right, depending on how old the car is, and the condition of the stock exhaust.
When you are ready to bolt the header up, make sure that the head surface is clean and free of any old gasket material, as any obstuction on the mating surface is a leak waiting to happen.
Hope this helps,
