Tossing around some ideas - whatcha guys think?

Click the first link in my sig to check out my exhaust setup. It is not mandrel bent. I was thinking of getting a Dynomax bullet muffler like this one, and putting it before the rear-end with a turn-down. What kinda sound would this produce with my engine? I know that flow would go up, because gasses would not have to go up over the axle and through a muffler. What type of HP gains could be had? Also Im looking for a lower, louder exhaust note; would this satisfy me?
Thanks
Brady

I have a dynomax bullet 3 inch muffler before the axle.. going straight out the back with a 3 inch pipe..works very good!!!...It is very loud and droany while driving..Im not sure what kind of setup you have but this was a huge gain for me.I had a regular camaro type flowmaster muffler on it before and i couldnt get out of the low 12s..changed to this set up and it pick the car up tremendesly..Actually alot more than i imagined..Hope this will help..
