I have a '76 firebird with a 355, mild cam, hooker headers, true duals, intake, carb, and mallory ignition. I'm looking for a muffler that will wake up the neighbors under WOT. Will the Dynomax Bullet have this effect or do you guys recommend something else?

 

anybody have any ideas on a good loud muffler, would dual hooker aerochambers be any good also?

 

I have the Bullet mufflers, but they are still on the shelf. I have been told by various people that these sound like cherry bombs, only a lot louder.

a friend at work has them on his pick up. It has a 350, hooker headers, and true duals exiting behind each rear wheel. it is pretty dang loud. as loud as when he had manifolds and true duals with no bullets.
