I have the hooker catback and I like it alot. It has a soft deep rumble at idle but when u get on the fun pedle she screams, I also have a 3 inch test pipe in place of my cat.

For the price comparison the Hooker is awesome, I got the $200 one and had it welded on. I love the sound, and the power increase was very noticable. There is a sound clip of it on this board somewhere.

I got the Hooker with no cat and I love it. It isn't annyingly loud when cruizin around town, but it has a perfect low loud rumble at WOT.

Yeah, 3" from jegs, it is for 83-85 Camaros I believe, just took some welding to fit y-pipe and cat.

SLP is what I originally wanted.. but
for those headers, with the y-pipe, ,and
adapters needed, I thought it was a bit
pricy.. I went with the Edlebrock TES which
comes with all the necessary hardware, and
they are chrome, and are made eto fit
our cars, I think it should sound good
I will let you know in a day or two once
everything is all installed..

Yeah I got the 200$ system too and love it. The tips are starting to get a little rusty tho after only 3 months. (the only different betweeen the 200 dollar one and the 260 is one is a four bolt and one is a slip joint.) I just paid the guy an extra 20 bucks to cut off the four bolt and weld it up. Saved me 40 :-)
