HEADERS QUESTION.....HELP!

Ok, someone told me that before i post anything i should search.....I went through the entire "exhaust" forum on finding what type of headers i should put on my 92 F-Bird 305 TBI, but didn't find what i was looking for. I'm new at this, so bare with me. Ok, i don't have to go through emissions down here, so what would be a good, besides SLP, set of headers? I heard something about hooker without the smog or AIR system, and that they were pretty cheap compared to other ones. Can u guys help, i have $300, ready to order, but i just want some good advice........thanx!

I've heard good things about the Hooker headers, but I'm not sure how well they fit. If you're just going to lightly mod your 305 and don't plan on doing a major build up, just go with the Edelbrock TES.

I beleive the part # is 6875 but I am not sure if this has the 3" or the 2.5" collector. If someone knows, please advise.

Thx!

Spend the extra little bit of cash and get the Hooker Super Comps over the Edlebrocks.

I've had the Edlebrocks, and I am now using the Hooker Super Comps. I made the mistake of going for the cheaper priced Edlebrocks when I first learning about my car.

The Hookers fit a lot better, and if you have the opportunity, compare the TES with the Hooker system. Pay attention to the collectors, and the size of the primaries..

Trust me on this one.. remember, I've had the TES..
