Random technology or hooker cat back?

Random technology or hooker cat back?
i cant decide the one i will get, i have a budget to 400 right now, i found the random at racesearch for 312 instead of 360 at tpis, the random looks good because i dont like the 4 tips comming out the back and i have heard that the hooker rust bad and fast at the tips, but i have heard them before and they sound pretty good. so can you tell me the one you would pic and why??

I have the Random Tech hi-flow cat and cat-back. I'm very happy with them.
