Cutout and Emissions
i'm in for the mccords gp but was wondering has anyone failed emmissions testing with one i imagine if you hid it nice and it didnt leak there would be no problems i need to know so i can either put it on when i get it or wait till july after i have the test done

I don't know if that would pass the visual, gues it would depend on the tech. Of course I don't have to worrry about that stuff in Indiana.

hmm i didn't think about that. i wanna get one too but i do remember the NJ techies runing around the car with a mirror to make sure everything is there...hmmm

Of course if they said anything about it you can just tell them it is a street/strip car and you only use that on the strip. I would think that it's legal as long as its not open on the road.

yeah just tell them its for the strip(if they say anything at all) as long as you still have your cat(s) and there are no leaks i dont see why there would be a problem
