is this too big on a 305??????

is this too big on a 305??????

hooker 2055 headers
hooker y pipe
spintech 3" ultra flow cat
dynomax 3" mid i pipe
dynomax 3" oa i pipe
spintech 3" cross flow muffler
full 3" tips


how do u think this would sound on a 305, and think anypart of it would be hurting me.
i have it pretty much all stock
just igition basic mods.
will drop on slp runners/ LT4 cam/ tq conveter. after i do the exhaust/afpr/transgo shift kit.
just to let you guys know what my plans are.

Go for it I went from the factory original exhaust to what I have now and noticed a nice improvement.

i'm hoping to pull a a mid 14.20's consitenly. thats 3 tenths faster than i am now. i thik i can do that with headers/catback/cat/pulleys/afpr/shiftkit.
thats me thinking on the consertivetive side.
i'm also gonn go get soe dyno pulls at a local mustang shop.

Is that dual 3" exhaust pipes after the muffler?

No particular gain over single 3" or dual 2-1/2".

Otherwise, your system is very similar to mine, and it does/sounds just fine.

that is going one 3" pipe into the spintech and dual 3" exits w/ 3" tailpipes i can't find 3" tailpipes. but i', looking and the mufler is a crossflow

i'm doing the suspenion 1st
my rear blew up
so i'm getting a 4th gen for it.
so i'm gonna convert over to disk and new gears
also gonna do
hotchkis springs/KYB struts and shocks/spohn lca's and panhard rod/all new bushings on the car
for a grand total about 1300

How much is all that going to cost? Usually when you buy something in parts like that, it generally cost more than just buying a premade system.

Are you gonna get those 2055s jet-hot coated? If you're gonna put that much money into the system, you might as well. I think you could get them direct from jet-hot for like $520-$550 -89IRO
