i did a search but wanted to see what kinda trends you guys are in lately. i need headers but i dont need AIR tubes or whatever those things are. the problem with my headers that i have now dont let me get to my plugs and my plug wire boots touch the headers cause they are so close. what is your guys best experience with headers and getting to plugs at the same time.

Have you tried short header plugs? I think Accel makes them....and make header wires too with heavy duty insulation on them. Or you could make a custom set of wires routed around the headers. Ive got the Hooker LT's and I love them. They are probably similar to your Hedmann headers, but spark plug clearance is not an issue...plus they sound freakin awesome...

 

They're not cheap, but SLPs work well with stock length plugs and 90* boots. There are probably others, but that's what I know.
