Exhaust manifold bolts

Exhaust manifold bolts
Hello,I broke 2 exhaust manifold bolts(pasenger side) There is enought bolt to use some vice grips to get at them. My question is, do they unscrew? That is what it looks like. > 86 IROC-Z

Yes but how much rust they have holding them in will be the hard part. Put some acid or liquid wrench in there to loosen it up.
