those headers..the one on the right...is that a passenger side or drivers side ?looks a bit odd. compared to the hedman ones...

That's the driver side. It was designed to help point the Y-pipe around the front of the oil pan. It does look strange when thinking in terms of traditional headers that point toward the back of the car, though.
