In a similar manner this question might have been asked before, but I'm asking specifically for my Camaro So here's what I'm planning.

I want and need a complete new exhaust setup. Starting from headers and ending at the tips. What components do I need, at all?

Then, the second thing. This new exhaust setup must feature dual cats. Already know where to get them. They have to support the following values:

> CO carbon monoxide: 2,3
> HC hydrocarbon: 0,20
> NOx nitrogen monoxide: 0,15

Values have to be half of this after one minute of the engine running... Do you in USA have similar values? What are the Californian values?

And last but not least.. To those certain Europeans Did you already bolt on some 'exotic' part at your car like cats from somewhere else than your country, how did you prove to those car checking services the parts are in working order and meet the requirements?

Sorry for the long post. If I can get this exhaust setup, and can get it approved by our car checking service, I have to pay NO taxes for the car for a year
