Loud and cheap
Loud and cheap
Pretty tight on cash right now, but I'm dying to get a louder set-up. The car is an 86' 305- and needs too many other things done to allow me to spend much over $200-250 USD. Is it worth doing, if that's all I can afford? How many hours of installation (by a mechanic) does this kind of thing take to set up?
I've taken quick looks at some prices on summitracing.com, but I'm not real sure what all I'll need to get the job done.

Come on man, try doing it yourself. An exhaust is something good to learn on because it doesn't involve removing a lot of extra crap. The incentive to save on labor costs should be enough to make you wanna saw that bad boy out with your own two hands anyway. Besides... it'll sound 10x better when it's done when you hear it and know that you did it yourself.
Just my $.02
