Exhaust Manifold Problem
Well after 4 months of my car sitting in my drive way, and my whole summer being ruined in the process, it is finally time to get it back on the road. Im down to the last bit of work and something ODD just HAS TO HAPPEN TO ME! Ok, i take my exhaust manifolds becuase i took the air tubes off but i couldnt quite get all of them off on the pass. side. So i had a buddy of mine drill press the pass side manifold. I get it back and yesterday i decided to put them back on and drive! Now the problem of course.... i get the drivers side on, no problem, piece of cake. now i start on the pass side and i get to the last one by the firewall and for some reason the bolt keeps spinning but its not going in... i take it off... look at the manifold... look at the engine and for some odd reason my manifold looks like this...
0--00 0 (notice the extra space on the left)
and the engine looks normal like this
-0 00 0
now is this normal? whats going on? my spacing isnt lined up.. its like my buddy gave me a different manifold. i mean... if its the same one it had to have been on there in the first place to come off. whats the deal here? any help?

on the very very back of the head, closest to the firewall, there are two bolt holes right next to eachother. this fooled me too when i first saw it. You're just threading it wrong, assuming he didn't drill out that hole somehow
