Header Leak...ahhh

Ok heres the situation..My car was wrecked so the frame has a little wrinkle in it. My driver side headers set it and pulled up fine. The passenger side wouldnt even fit, We beat the frame to where it looked like everything was good to go but the flange was hitting a little, But everything looked like it lined up. We tighetened everything and got all my new exhaust put on. Now I got a bad leak on the passenger side and the gasket looks burnt. Its leaking out the top of each port... I've tightened it twice but I think It was too late and torched the gasket. So do you think the flange is not letting it pull up tight enough and I am not gonna get it to stop leaking without fixing that? Could I double up the header gaskets and get it to work? Or just replace the gasket and tighten the hell out of it? I got my new motor and everything ready and this is my last bug to get out!

well DONT tighten the hell out of the bolts you will warp the flanges. try putting better gaskets in and see what happens.

ouch that hurts. i am not your friend no more. if ya tighten the collector bolts too tight it might warp the flange and then it wont seal very well.
