Engine: stock 305 for now

Transmission: new 700r4

questions on dump valve instals

i have a nice pair od flowtech dump vlaves picked out for my 88 iroc dual exhhuast. Want to put them on myself will the welding be dificult, will it last? only have a wire feed welder? thanks

if you can get them in place and clamp them there... you can get welding done by the ring (should be around $10 per circle... at any local muffler shop)... so it'de be around $40 or so... for all 4 welds, it'd probably be your best bet, if you can do the welding your self... MORE POWER TO YOU, but it would probably save you some time and trouble
