I've been running 276S Accel shorties.
Others report okay results with AC Rapid Fires. All I know is the Bosch and regular AC's I had laying around at the time did not cut it.

Just go with regular ac delcos or step up to their rapidfires. I had boshce + 4's and they fouled out after 2k miles. Pure junk so I switched back to the cheapo's. They are longer than the Boshces which are a shorty desing but I use this tool I bought off ebay to clear my headers. It allows you to use normal length plugs.

216,000 Miles on Bosch Platinums (4 Sets). They clear my SLP 1 3/4" headers no problem. I made my own shorty socket from a spare I had laying around. Just cut 3/4" off and you'll be fine.

Using stock type plugs and a socket (I made) that looks EXACTLY like what Shifty posted above. I just took your average spark plug socket and ground out the ratchet hole so the plug could stick through, then ground the socket down to the minimum length that was useable, and am using a ratcheting wrench on it, so the plug sticks through the hole in the socket and the ratchet.
Works like a charm....easier than old school using a deep socket IMO. Very happy I found this method. Give it a try, and you won't have to fool around with using different spark plugs.
