primary sizes

How much do you think it would hurt me to have 1 1/2" primaries as opposed to 1 5/8" or 1 3/4"?

The difference will be "significant".

Exact HP #'s - well, that's a little harder to predict.

They won't kill you but you will see more power with larger tubes based on your sig set-up. But to help put it into perspective, LS1's have 1.5 primaries from the factory and they can put over 330 to the wheels before they put on headers. However when they do switch they get like 26 at the wheels.
