Who makes a Y-pipe

Who makes a y-pipe for shorty headers for these cars? The only one I can find is a headman one. Will this one work if the headers arent hedman? Summit and Jegs both dont know. Also what are the specs if anyone has one. Thanks in advance.

Bill

The Hedman y-pipe only fits Hedman shorties. The Hooker 2055 y-pipe only fits Hooker 2055 shorties (doesn't even fit Hooker 2460 shorties). SLP y-pipe only fits SLP shorties, etc.

If you have shorties with no y-pipe, and don't know the brand, best bet is to have an exhaust shop fab one for you.

It doesn't exist. Hooker only sells the y-pipe as part of the 2055 header kit.

Word is you can contact Holley/Hooker directly and special order a y-pipe. They'll give you the price, you pre-pay, then wait for them to make a factory run when they'll make an extra y-pipe just for you. When they get around to it, they'll ship it to you. Reports say about 8-12 weeks from time your check clears before you get the pipe.
