Will 3rd gen shorties fit a 93-97 f-bod?

Guy wants to buy my flowtechs and he's swapping a carbed 350 in a 94 camaro and wants to know if the headers will physically fit and not hit anything. I know they'll bolt up to his motor but don't know if the collector will clear a 4th gen subframe...

Thanks guys!

I don't think so but I could be wrong. The 4th gen bay is a little tighter and the headers run a little closer to the motor. He should get better headers for that motor. They make much better header combos for the 4th gen cars.

Mr Capone has a good point. But anything is possible it is just a matter or measuring remeasuring and measuring and remaesuring every thing and then, measuring the headers he is considering on a motor bolted to a stand. And compare which still will not be a true assurance of proper fit without dents of rerouting this or that!
We deal in 4th gen stuff as well so if he were to contact us with all the info on his car he won't have a complicated hit or miss situation and still get the best price possible for being a friend of our thirdgen friends!!!

Actually, I'm trying to sell them to him to help pay for the headers I bought from you today

Since I talked to that guy, 3 other people called me wanting them so it's not an issue anymore. I'll give the guy a call back and send him your way for some 4th gen headers.

BTW, anyone thinkin about buying headers from ACS, DO IT! Awesome guys to deal with and friendly as hell. He also went out of his way and sold me a better product for the price of a cheaper product that he didn't have. That's awesome customer experience in my book :yourock:
