What is the vibration?
I have a vibration in the car that I never had before switching motors and headers. I think it is my headers on the frame but I can't find anyplace it is hitting. I am running SLP headers. Has anyone else had that problem?
Just a few ideas:
Did you replace the motor and trans mounts with polyurethane? That would definately cause the vibration.
Do you still have the intermediate pipe connected to the trans?
That could also cause it.
When do you get the vibration? Idle, acceleration, certain RPMs?

Just a suggestion, but you should also check to see if the noise is coming from the cat. I've read about stuff building up and such in there.

I didn't replace with polyurathane mounts, just regular ones. I don't have a cat so that isn't it. And I have no idea what the intermediate pipe connected to the tranny is. I have a TKO tranny, and a custom driveshaft. I think it has something to do with the exhaust, but? It happens mostly at idle when the car is stopped. It does happen sometimes when I'm crusing, but it goes away when I get on the gas. What do ya think?

I had the same problem when I put my exhaust on last week. Turns out the headers were barely touching the frame at an idle.....eventhough it LOOKED like it cleared. I just buzzed some of the frame away, problem solved
