I just ordered the system too- $325 to ship to Mass, he said it was anywhere from 3-4 weeks backordered. Heads up- At the Tech&enginefab place listed earlier in the thread- That guy Ken doesn't work there anyomore- I was helped by a Richard, really seemed to know what he was talking about. Even if he did speak really s-l-o-w-l-y.....

I called over to entec a few days ago and Eric told me that Kenn is doing some outside sales for them now on a part-time basis and working a little more on updating the website,so Richard will handle most of the inside phone traffic.Seems like a cool guy too.if in doubt, just talk with Eric.He is WAY cool!

I just got my Banks system last week and Kenn and I have traded emails since then. He normally answers my emails within a couple of days, but did mention that he was part time now. Entec isn't kidding when they say the system is back ordred. I ordered my on 4/30 and just got it delivered to VA on 6/8. Looks great sitting in the garage and hopefully will sound even better once I put it on!

Hopefully Banks made a production run of several of these systems because of the recent interest.

I ordered mine last week and just got an e-mail saying that it shipped on the 14th, so maybe they are making a production run right now. I just want to thank you guys for posting about this exhaust option and Entec (they are great). I was looking for a stainless exhaust for my 91 z28 and thought the only option I would have was borla if I want the tailpipes on the left and right. I am just glad I could get this system for half the price, and I like the oval tips more anyways.

Ordered mine today also, but they said it will be 3-4 weeks, definently can't go wrong for the price.

They said mine was going to be 3-4 weeks also, but it shipped in less than a week. I thinks it is just because it isn't an in stock item, but Banks must have made some because of the recent interest.

it is a part they don't produce much of,so you should expect a good lead time for it.But, for the price it is Worth it ~Obviously they are now so huge in the performance truck market, our old Fbody's are secondary stuff for them

Has anyone put any thought into taking the ovals off and welding some slanted tips on, like hooker or edelbrock large bore extensions? Maybe it's the ******* in me, but I want something a tad less subtle than the ovals tucked under the bumper. Maybe they look better in life than they do in the posted pictures, but they just don't seem to match with what people have said about the tone. Let me know if anyone has done this- I'd like to see what it looks like- although it probably just looks like a flowmaster system.
